Leading investigations into serious incidents and thematic reviews, providing timely reports that align with established policies.

Assisting with safety processes

Assisting with safety processes related to incident reporting, clinical investigations, and legislative compliance to drive improvements.

Providing education and support

Providing education and support for staff on the use of the GH Incident Management database and promoting compliance with relevant regulations and legislation.

Quality and risk management experience

Demonstrated experience in quality, risk management, and improvement activities.
