You'll be responsible for

Coordinating incident triage
Managing the initial triage of incidents within Riskman and Riskman Q, ensuring data quality and appropriate allocation.📈
Reviewing incident reports
Analyzing a high volume of incident reports to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.🕵️♂️
Supporting investigations
Assisting with investigations and providing education and real-time support to staff.Key criteria
