You'll be responsible for

Operating reception and office functions.
Prompt, professional, and friendly operation of all aspects of the reception and office, linking the general public, clients, staff, suppliers, and contractors with each other.📬
Managing calls and mail.
Answering all incoming calls and attending to all incoming and outgoing mail to ensure smooth communication.🧹
Maintaining cleanliness.
Ensuring that the foyer, meeting rooms, and kitchens are kept clean and tidy for a welcoming environment.Key criteria
