The Recover at Work Advisor position is all about driving early intervention and supporting injured workers on their journey back to health and productivity. You'll be responsible for

Providing early, respectful, and supportive contact with injured workers and their managers.
Establishing a positive rapport to facilitate recovery from the outset.🗂️
Coordinating recover-at-work and return-to-work plans, ensuring meaningful and suitable duties are identified.
Creating tailored plans that align with the needs of injured workers and the organization.⏰
Lodging claims and notifications with insurers within required timeframes.
Ensuring timely communication with insurers to support recovery processes.Key criteria
📜
Qualifications in rehabilitation or related fields
Experience in Rehabilitation, Return to Work, or Workers Compensation is essential.View
