You'll be responsible for

Collaborating with women to create, implement, and review case plans that support their goals and recovery.

Building partnerships

Establishing strong partnerships with housing service centres and providers to facilitate rapid rehousing.

Degree in relevant field

Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
