You'll be responsible for

Leading incident rectification activities
Lead incident rectification activities including root cause investigation, customer impact assessment, and remediation planning and execution.🤝
Collaborating with stakeholders
Collaborate closely with Incident Managers and stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, GSD, Trustee Office, Product, Transformation, and Technology teams to ensure effective incident resolution.📋
Supporting reporting
Support accurate breach and investigation reporting to regulators and internal stakeholders.Key criteria
