Leading end-to-end virtualization migration projects, including workload assessments, risk analysis, and cutover planning, ensuring smooth and low-risk transitions.🔧
Optimizing resources
Optimizing virtualized compute, storage, and networking resources, maintaining OpenShift clusters, and resolving complex platform issues through deep troubleshooting and root cause analysis.📚
Developing documentation
Developing and maintaining documentation such as runbooks and architecture guidelines, implementing automation to streamline operations, monitoring performance and capacity, and providing mentoring and knowledge transfer to junior engineers and support teams.Key criteria
