You'll be responsible for

Providing case management
Responsible for providing case management, referral and coordination of services to assist and support clients who are homeless or at risk of homelessness with complex support and housing needs.🌱
Engaging in community development work
Engaging in relevant community development work in accordance with the funding provider requirements to improve private rental opportunities for clients.🔑
Supporting clients
Supporting clients to find appropriate affordable housing solutions and sustain tenancies.Key criteria
