Overseeing and continuously improving the Pacific compliance program and Annual Compliance Plan.

Providing strategic advice

Providing strategic regulatory advice to leadership and stakeholders across both WTW segments.

Engaging with stakeholders

Engaging confidently with business clients, government regulators, and external parties.

Skills you'll need

🛡️

Compliance expertise

5+ years’ proven experience in compliance with strong knowledge of Australian & New Zealand regulatory frameworks.
🤝

Stakeholder influence

Exceptional stakeholder influence, discretion, and calm under pressure, paired with commercial pragmatism.

Regulatory change guidance

Ability to support compliance aspects of M&A and guide regulatory change impacts.
