Overseeing and continuously improving the Pacific compliance program and Annual Compliance Plan.

Providing strategic regulatory advice to leadership and stakeholders across both WTW segments.

Engaging with stakeholders

Engaging confidently with business clients, government regulators, and external parties.

Skills you'll need

🛡️

Compliance expertise

5+ years’ proven experience in compliance, with strong knowledge of Australian & New Zealand regulatory frameworks.
🤝

Stakeholder influence

Exceptional ability to influence stakeholders, demonstrating discretion and calm under pressure.
📜

Regulatory knowledge

Deep experience in financial services laws and regulation, including ASIC, with insurance/insurance broking exposure preferred.
