You'll be responsible for

Driving loyalty program engagement

Drive loyalty program engagement, member acquisition, and referral performance across a regional frontline network by embedding the program into daily behaviours, team culture, and leadership rhythms.

Building capability and engagement

Build capability and engagement through onboarding, immersion sessions, buzz nights, product training, Vehicles of Inspiration (VOI), Booster sessions, and consultant development initiatives.
🎉

Coordinating incentive campaigns

Coordinate and deliver incentive campaigns, Accelerated Earn initiatives, customer events, banking partner activations, reward store promotions, and other engagement activities.
