You'll be responsible for

👥

Leading and supporting teams

Taking direction from the National Clinical Operations Manager & Executive General Manager to appropriately lead, monitor, and support both clinical and operational staff team members to ensure safe, high quality, efficient, effective and integrated services which meets participant and organisational needs.
💰

Managing financial performance

Overseeing the financial performance of the region to ensure sustainability and growth while upholding the company brand and reputation.
📚

Encouraging a culture of learning

Fostering a culture of learning and collaboration in line with Better Rehab’s values, while identifying hiring needs and participating in the recruitment process.

Skills you'll need

🌟

Leadership

Demonstrating strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams, creating a positive workplace culture.
🩺

Clinical expertise

Possessing relevant clinical experience in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy or Psychology to guide and support staff.

Communication

Exhibiting excellent communication skills to maintain good external relationships and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.

6+ years clinical experience
Demonstrated experience in a relevant healthcare profession.

NDIS experience
Familiarity with the National Disability Insurance Scheme is highly desirable.

Valid driver's licence
Possession of a valid licence and access to a car for travel.
