You'll be responsible for

Leading and supporting teams

Taking direction from the National Clinical Operations Manager & Executive General Manager to lead, monitor, and support both clinical and operational staff, ensuring high-quality services that meet participant and organisational needs.

Managing financial performance

Overseeing the financial performance of the region to ensure sustainability and efficiency in service delivery.

Encouraging a culture of learning

Fostering a collaborative environment that aligns with Better Rehab’s values, while identifying hiring needs and participating in the recruitment process.

Skills you'll need

Leadership

Demonstrating strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams, creating a positive workplace culture.

Clinical expertise

Having a relevant tertiary qualification and extensive clinical experience in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, or Psychology.

Communication

Exhibiting excellent communication skills to maintain good external relationships and manage incidents effectively.
