Implementing health initiatives
Implement high-impact health and wellbeing initiatives, including injury management, rehabilitation, and return-to-work programs that improve physical and psychosocial outcomes.🤝
Influencing leadership
Influence and partner with senior leadership to shape strategic health and safety direction and embed a proactive health and safety culture.👩🏫
Leading a team
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Injury Management Advisors and specialist health professionals, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance.Skills you'll need
👥
Leadership experience
At least five years of leadership experience in injury management, case management, and return-to-work functions within a large or complex organisation.🛡️
Health and safety knowledge
In-depth knowledge of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act (1988) and related legislation, ensuring regulatory compliance and identifying organisational risks.🗣️
Communication skills
Exceptional communication skills to translate complex health and safety concepts for diverse audiences and build strong stakeholder relationships.View more
