Implementing high-impact health and wellbeing initiatives, including injury management and rehabilitation programs.

Influencing senior leadership

Partnering with senior leadership to shape strategic health, safety, and wellbeing direction.

Coaching and developing teams

Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Injury Management Advisors and health professionals.

Skills you'll need

Leadership in health and wellbeing

Ability to lead and influence teams in health and wellbeing initiatives, ensuring a proactive culture.

Strategic HSE direction

Expertise in shaping and embedding health, safety, and wellbeing strategies across an organization.
