Implement high-impact health and wellbeing initiatives, including injury management and return-to-work programs.

Influencing strategic direction

Influence and partner with senior leadership to shape strategic health, safety, and wellbeing direction.

Leading and coaching teams

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Injury Management Advisors and specialist health professionals.

Leadership in health and wellbeing

Ability to lead expert teams and influence senior stakeholders to drive impactful health, safety, and wellbeing strategies.

Injury management expertise

In-depth knowledge of injury management, rehabilitation, and return-to-work programs to improve physical and psychosocial outcomes.

Analytical skills

Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capability, including the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
