Overseeing all workplace operations and facilities management services across Telstra's diverse property portfolio, ensuring consistent service delivery aligned with hybrid workplace strategies.

Maintaining retail locations

Ensuring retail locations meet operational, presentation, security, compliance, and customer experience standards.

Driving technology adoption

Promoting operational innovation and technology adoption to enhance workplace experiences.

Key criteria

🎓

Bachelor's degree

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
