You'll be responsible for

Delivering clinical nursing care to clients in their homes in line with best practice nursing procedures.

Conducting clinical assessments

Performing clinical assessments, dressings, medication assessments, and catheter changes.

Developing holistic care plans

Creating holistic nursing care plans in collaboration with clients, carers, and allied health professionals.

Key criteria

Current AHPRA registration

Valid registration as a nurse with AHPRA is essential.

3+ years nursing experience

Demonstrated experience in nursing post-graduation is required.
