You'll be responsible for

Delivering clinical nursing care to clients in their homes in line with best practice nursing procedures.

Conducting clinical assessments

Performing clinical assessments, dressings, medication assessments, and catheter changes.

Developing holistic nursing care plans

Creating nursing care plans in collaboration with clients, carers, and allied health professionals.

Key criteria

Current AHPRA registration

Valid registration to practice as a nurse in Australia.

3+ years nursing experience

Demonstrated experience in nursing post-graduation.

Strong computer skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
