You'll be responsible for

Working as part of the Specialist Community Palliative Care Team to deliver compassionate care to patients with advanced life-limiting illnesses and their families.🤝
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Engaging with various healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care across different settings.🌍
Supporting community health initiatives
Participating in programs and activities that enhance health outcomes in rural and remote communities.What we're looking for

Current AHPRA registration
Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRAView fit
