You'll be responsible for

Identifying Return to Work barriers

Recognizing obstacles that may prevent clients from returning to work and addressing them.

Designing and implementing programs

Creating and monitoring rehabilitation programs to assist injured employees in returning to the workforce.

Key criteria

🎓

Relevant degree qualification

Australian recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic, or Physiotherapy.

Current driver's licence

Valid driver's licence required for travel to client locations.

Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions.
