Develop strong relationships with Providers, establishing mechanisms of review and promote innovative solutions to ensure the successful delivery of contract requirements.

Managing service delivery issues

Liaise with Case Managers and Leadership team regarding any/all day-to-day service issues.

Conducting site visits

Arranging and completing on site visits to clients’ residences to determine the scope and complexity of their move/transfer through inventory analysis, customer service visits, loss and damage assessments, store house and supplier visits/inspections.
