You'll be responsible for

Managing incoming calls

Handling calls through the Conduct Assistance Line, providing accurate information and guidance on reporting pathways.

Gathering and recording information

Collecting relevant details from callers and ensuring accurate documentation in case management systems.

Identifying and escalating issues

Recognizing complex or sensitive matters and escalating them appropriately while maintaining professionalism.
