You'll be responsible for

Coordinating service vacancies

Maintaining accurate records of service vacancies and capacity across programs while processing enquiries and referrals.

Supporting intake and onboarding activities

Acting as an operational contact point for service enquiries and coordinating documentation for smooth service commencement.

Liaising with stakeholders

Coordinating information flow between internal teams and preparing updates for the SDA/SIL Vacancy Management Lead.
