You'll be responsible for

Managing resident admissions activities

Handling inquiries from prospective residents, making phone calls, arranging tours, and following up.

Building relationships

Maintaining positive relationships with residents, family members, healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders.

Coordinating admissions and discharges

Preparing all required documentation for new residents and conducting facility tours for prospective residents.

Demonstrated experience in aged care settings is essential.
