Acting as the first point of contact for residents and their families, ensuring they feel welcomed, heard, and supported.

Supporting staff and residents with confidence, helping resolve enquiries or escalated concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Key criteria

Customer service experience

Proven experience in customer service or residential aged care.
