Managing Business Continuity Management Framework

Overseeing the implementation and continuous improvement of AP+’s Business Continuity Management Framework, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and regulatory expectations.

Coordinating Business Impact Analysis

Leading the Business Impact Analysis lifecycle and resilience planning to enhance organizational preparedness and decision-making.

Developing and Delivering BCM Testing

Creating and executing the annual Business Continuity Management testing and exercise program, including simulations and validation activities.
