About the job

As a Resource Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the Integrated Work Programs team, ensuring effective coordination and scheduling of resources to meet operational demands. Your contributions will directly impact the management of essential water and wastewater networks, helping to deliver outstanding service to the community. The team thrives on collaboration, flexibility, and a commitment to excellence.

You'll be responsible for

Coordinating workforce and plant scheduling

By allocating people and major/minor plant and equipment into crews to meet capacity plan requirements.
📊

Maintaining accurate resource availability

In the Field Mobility System (FMS) by forecasting at least three months ahead and making timely adjustments for changes, including fatigue considerations.

Managing scheduling exceptions

By supporting responsive, real-time resourcing for operational work.
