You'll be responsible for

Taking full ownership of the dining floor and outdoor terraces during high-volume lunch and dinner rushes.

Training staff

Training, mentoring, and drilling front-of-house staff on service protocols and upselling techniques.
👩‍🍳

Collaborating with kitchen staff

Working closely with the Head Chef to ensure seamless communication and flawless food presentation.
