You'll be responsible for

Supporting leadership teams

Coaching Client Advisors by monitoring and observing interactions on the sales floor and sharing strengths and areas for development.

Coaching performance

Partnering with store leaders to identify store opportunities through observation, sales dashboards, and NPS scores.

Delivering training programs

Providing training on client services, sales techniques, product knowledge, and onboarding for new starters.
