You'll be responsible for

Being responsible for the team inbox, recording and categorising concerns while prioritising based on importance and complexity.

Maintaining databases and records

Ensuring People Relations databases and records remain accurate and up to date.

Continuous improvement

Identifying process gaps and suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency.
