As a Retail Property Designer, you will bring Flight Centre Travel Group’s retail brands to life through innovative shop fit outs and refurbishments across Australia. This opportunity allows you to shape customer experiences through thoughtful design and collaboration with stakeholders. Working alongside the Fit Out & Project Management Team, you will deliver high-quality design solutions that translate seamlessly into construction, all while growing your design career.

You'll be responsible for

Designing and documenting retail shop fit outs

Creating innovative designs for new, relocated, and refurbished store environments that enhance customer experiences.
📐

Producing detailed construction documentation

Supporting onsite builders and contractors with precise documentation to ensure seamless construction.
📋

Managing end-to-end documentation delivery

Overseeing the complete documentation process for retail brand projects, ensuring alignment with standards.

Key criteria

Retail shop design experience

Minimum 3 years in retail shop design and specification.

Demonstrated skills in AutoCAD and/or REVIT software.
