This Service Designer job is all about shaping user-centred services across workshops and makerspaces at the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology. By collaborating with academics and technical experts, you will create safe and inclusive practical learning experiences that elevate hands-on learning and research. The Infrastructure Team values a supportive and innovative environment, where continuous improvement and collaboration are at the heart of everything they do.

You'll be responsible for

Leading service design

Leading end-to-end service design across workshops, makerspaces, and informal spaces to enable high-quality user experiences.

Conducting user research

Conducting user research and journey mapping, translating pedagogical and research needs into clear service models.

Supporting implementation

Supporting implementation, change management, and stakeholder engagement to embed new standards, workflows, and training materials.
