As a Retail Casual Sales Assistant, you will combine customer service excellence with clinical support, working closely with customers, physicians, and healthcare professionals. You'll be responsible for

Being the first point of contact

Welcoming new and existing clients, both in-store and over the phone, ensuring a positive experience.

Conducting diagnostic evaluations

Performing evaluations and studies for sleep-disordered breathing to assist in treatment planning.

Educating customers

Providing information to customers and families about sleep disorders and therapy options available.
