You'll be responsible for

Acting as a principal technical expert

Providing leadership on structure, calibration, and differentiation of executive pay outcomes.

Leading design and evolution of pay architectures

Designing and evolving pay and incentive architectures, policies, and market-competitive reward strategies.

Developing high-quality design materials

Creating materials and recommendations to support senior decision-making on reward structure and approach.
