You'll be responsible for

Triage incident reports
Triage incident reports for NSW to ensure potential workers compensation claims are identified, accurately recorded into the Myer claims management data systems and escalated within the NSW Risk & Safety team for action.🩹
Support injury management
Provide support to the NSW Risk & Safety team in the management of injuries, early intervention cases and claims including registering and maintaining case records, document management systems and payment of claim invoices.📊
Maintain data systems
Maintain the Myer SOLV injury and claims management data systems for NSW, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.Key criteria
