About the job

BMD Constructions is on the lookout for a proactive and motivated Safety Coordinator to join the Palmer Wind Farm project team. This job is all about supporting project teams to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality outcomes on site. With a focus on collaboration and a positive safety culture, you will gain hands-on experience in a major renewable energy project while working closely with experienced construction professionals.

You'll be responsible for

Supporting safety systems implementation

Supporting the implementation of safety, environmental and quality systems across the site.

Guiding project teams on safety

Working closely with project and construction teams to provide guidance on safety requirements and best practices.

Conducting site audits and inspections

Conducting site audits and inspections, identifying opportunities for improvement.
