You'll be responsible for

Partnering with sales teams
Collaborating with Field Sales, Key Accounts, and On Premise teams to identify, validate, and convert coffee leads.🚀
Guiding customer onboarding
Supporting newly signed customers through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition and satisfaction.🎓
Delivering training and support
Coordinating training sessions for customers, including barista training and ongoing coffee education.Key criteria
