You'll be responsible for

Guide and mentor a team of educators to deliver exceptional education and care, ensuring compliance and best practices are followed.

Create and implement programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework, fostering children's growth and learning.

Building strong relationships

Cultivate positive connections with children, families, and colleagues to create a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Skills you'll need

🎓

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

A qualification that is essential for delivering high-quality education and care in early childhood settings.
🗣️

Strong written and verbal communication skills

The ability to effectively communicate with children, families, and colleagues is crucial in fostering positive relationships.
📚

Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, NQS and EYLF

Understanding these frameworks is vital for implementing engaging programs and ensuring compliance in early childhood education.
