You'll be responsible for

Leading a room

Confidently guiding and supporting daily practices in the nursery and toddler rooms.
🤝

Supporting team collaboration

Working alongside fellow educators and children to create a nurturing learning environment.
🌍

Engaging with the community

Participating in events and programs that connect children and families to the local community.

Skills you'll need

🎓

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care

Essential qualification for educators to ensure quality education and care for children.
🗣️

Strong communication skills

Ability to effectively communicate with children, families, and team members, fostering a supportive environment.
📚

Understanding of NQF, NQS and Early Years Learning Framework

Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Standards to guide educational practices.
