You'll be responsible for

Producing and maintaining staff rosters

Produce and maintain all staff rosters to enable an effective balance between optimising staffing efficiency and maximising staff satisfaction.

Managing capacity gaps

Identify and actively manage any foreseeable capacity gaps to ensure service delivery is optimised.

Coordinating leave

Effectively coordinate both planned and unplanned leave of staffing resources to maintain service delivery.
