Maximising client wellbeing by effectively managing and scheduling the direct care workforce.

Keeping accurate and up-to-date client and employee records while ensuring regular communication with regional teams.

Responding to client feedback

Actively seeking and addressing client feedback to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Experience in rostering/scheduling

Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and schedule care staff to ensure client needs are met.
