You'll be responsible for

Assisting in scheduling

Assist in scheduling client visits to staff with the appropriate skills, minimising staff travel and non-direct tasks

Responding to queries

Receive calls routed from the Customer Service Centre and respond to care recipient/external provider queries in a timely manner

Liaising with staff

Liaise with staff regarding schedule changes to ensure resources meet client demand
