Assist in scheduling client visits to staff with the appropriate skills in the appropriate areas, minimising staff travel and non-direct tasks

Responding to queries

Receive calls in relation to care recipient/external providers queries and ensure these are responded to in a timely manner

Liaising with staff and clients

Liaise with staff and clients in regard to schedule changes to ensure smooth operations
