Creating well planned and optimised rosters for clinicians within Plena Healthcare, ensuring that service delivery requirements have been achieved.📝
Arranging assessments
Arranging initial assessments with new consumers after they send through a referral, confirming consumer details, funding, and initial service dates.✅
Processing leave requests
Processing planned and unplanned leave requests whilst ensuring adequate service delivery is maintained.Key criteria
