You'll be responsible for

Refurbishing and maintaining buildings

Refurbish and maintain buildings and dwellings through regular painting maintenance

Performing general repairs

Perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and organise contractors when needed

Caring for outdoor areas

Care for lawns, gardens, paths, and outdoor areas to a high standard

Significant painting experience

Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality painting finishes.
