You'll be responsible for

Generating sales leads
Generating Modernization sales leads from construction lead indicators, industry reports, tenders, personal sales research, and customer networks.🛠️
Determining client requirements
Determining client requirements and design parameters quickly to configure Otis products/solutions and assist in future construction projects.🤝
Conducting negotiations
Conducting negotiations with clients, gaining progressive support from local management and Support Departments depending on the size of the project.Key criteria
