Build and execute the sales enablement strategy to enhance Sales and Customer Success Management (CSM) capabilities by implementing sales methodologies and quality assurance processes to drive commercial outcomes for the business.

Customizing sales methodologies

Deeply understand the needs and challenges of sales, onboarding, and customer success teams to customize and implement relevant sales methodologies.
🎓

Conducting training and coaching

Create training materials and deliver training to teams through in-person and online sessions to establish sales methodology practices.

Skills you'll need

Sales enablement experience

5+ years experience in sales enablement in the SaaS industry, showcasing a deep understanding of sales methodologies and quality assurance.

Communication skills

Excellent communication skills with a consultative approach to identifying key challenges and finding solutions.
