The Sales Manager position at EatClub in Perth is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader to drive the Business Development team. This role is crucial in helping independent restaurants and hospitality groups unlock profitable revenue through dynamic pricing. The team thrives on high energy and collaboration, with a focus on achieving results and building a winning culture.

You'll be responsible for

👥

Team leadership & performance

Hire, coach, and manage a team of 5–6 Business Development Managers driving new restaurant sign-ups. Lead daily stand-ups, 1:1 coaching sessions, and weekly pipeline reviews while setting clear standards for activity and performance.
📈

Execution & coaching

Use HubSpot to manage pipeline and track activity, while utilizing Gong to coach calls and improve pitching and closing quality. Run blitz days and localized launch campaigns across key hospitality districts.
🌍

Strategy & market development

Collaborate with senior leadership to execute the Perth growth plan, contributing insights into targeting, messaging, and product strategy while driving territory planning and scaling as the team expands.

Skills you'll need

🏆

Sales leadership experience

2–4+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in SMB or mid-market sales, with proven success managing high-activity field teams.
🎓

Coaching skills

Strong coaching skills with a track record of lifting team performance and a hands-on approach to closing deals.

Sales tools proficiency

Comfortable using HubSpot, Gong, or similar sales tools to manage performance and drive results.
