Supporting the Conference and Events Sales team with proposals, contracts, internal diaries, client communications and familiarisation events📞
Managing sales enquiries
Providing support with managing incoming sales enquiries📊
Preparing reports
Preparing and maintaining reports including Business on the Books, weekly sales reports and month-end reportingKey criteria

1-2 years of administrative experience
Experience in sales support or administrative roles is essential.View

Strong communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
